Appointments - We ask all guests to arrive ten minutes prior to their appointment. 24-hour notice of cancellation or a re-schedule is greatly appreciated. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule you. Cellphones must be on mute or vibrate within Absolute Haven. Please note that the service cost of "no-show, no-call" appointments will be debited from the value of any Gift Certificates held by that individual.

Payment Options - We accept cash, all major credit cards and debit cards for your convenience. Gift Certificates must be presented at the time of service. Gratuities are not included in the prices of services, but are always appreciated. All packages, group or multiple services in excess of $150 require a 50% non-refundable deposit, credited to your final bill upon completion of your services. An 18% gratuity will be added to services of $250 or more.

Gift Certificates - Gift certificates may be ordered in person, by phone, and we can even mail them to that special person, if you like.
